Terms of use
The short rules for using whenzies. By making or answering a poll, you agree to them.
Last updated October 12, 2026
The service
whenzies lets a group find a time to meet. It's free to use, with no accounts. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.
Poll links are shared, not private
Anyone with a poll's link can see it and add answers. Only share a link with people you want in the poll, and don't put sensitive information in it.
What polls can't contain
You're responsible for what you type into a poll, including titles, names, places and logos. Don't use whenzies for anything that:
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
- Harasses, threatens or impersonates anyone
- Is hateful, sexually explicit or violent
- Shares someone else's private information without their permission
- Uses a logo or brand you don't have the right to use
- Spams, scams or tries to break or overload the site
We may remove any poll that breaks these rules, with or without notice. To report one, see the contact page.
How long polls last
Polls are deleted within six months. Add a locked time to your calendar if you need to keep it. We don't keep backups of deleted polls.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put in a poll. You give us permission to store it and show it to people with the poll link, only so the poll works.
Ads and donations
whenzies shows one Google ad and accepts donations through PayPal. Donations are voluntary gifts. They don't buy features, priority or a refund right. How the ad uses cookies is explained in the privacy policy.
No guarantees
whenzies is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a suggested time suits everyone. Check the details before you rely on them.
To the extent the law allows, whenzies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, such as a missed meeting. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using whenzies after a change means you accept the new terms.
