How it works
- Make a pollPick the days, the time window and how long it runs, from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Type the names of the people you're waiting on. No emails needed.
- Send one linkDrop it in the group chat. Each person taps their name and drags across the times they're free, or marks a time "if need be."
- Nudge who's missingThe poll shows who hasn't answered. Copy a ready-made nudge that names them and paste it back into the chat.
- Lock the timeWhen everyone's in, whenzies suggests the best fit. If more than one time works, you pick the day you prefer. Everyone can add it to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
