No accounts and no sign-up. Here is exactly what whenzies stores, how long it keeps it, what Google's ad uses, and how to change your choice.

Who runs this site
whenzies (whenzies.com) is a small, independent scheduling tool for groups. Questions about this policy go to Email address coming soon or through the contact page.
The short version
- There are no accounts. Nobody signs up or logs in, and we never ask for an email to use a poll.
- A poll holds what its organizer and guests type into it. Anyone with the poll link can see it.
- Polls are deleted within six months.
- The site is paid for by one Google ad and donations. Google uses cookies to show and measure that ad, and you choose whether it can be personalized.
- We do not sell personal information.
What a poll stores
When someone creates or answers a poll, our server stores:
- The poll's title, days, time window, length, deadline and place, including any maps link
- The names the organizer types for the people they invite, and whether each is required or optional
- Each person's answers: the times they're free or free "if need be"
- An uploaded logo and a chosen color, if the organizer adds branding
- The time locked for the event
Names can be first names or nicknames. Please don't put sensitive information in a poll, because anyone with the link can read it.
Like any web server, ours also receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page. Our host keeps these in short-lived security logs.
How long we keep it
Polls stay on the server for up to six months, then they are deleted for good. You can ask for a poll, or your answers on one, to be removed sooner through the contact page.
Cookies and browser storage
whenzies itself sets no cookies. It saves one small value in your browser so it remembers your ad choice:

Google sets its own advertising cookies, described next. You can change your choice at any time with , or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show one ad. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the Internet.
Until you choose Accept all, we ask Google for non-personalized ads only. Non-personalized ads are based on the page you're on, not your browsing history, though Google may still use cookies for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Essential only.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see Google's own consent message instead of ours, and can change their choice through Cookie settings, which reopens that message.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings, and from other participating vendors at aboutads.info. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Other services
- Hosting. whenzies is hosted by Hostinger, which receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page.
- Fonts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
- Donations. Donations are handled by PayPal on its own site. We never see your card or bank details.
- Calendar links. When you add a locked time to Google or Outlook, those services receive the event details under their own privacy policies.
- Visitor counts. We don't use Google Analytics or any tracking analytics.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Choosing Essential only in Cookie settings opts you out of personalized ads on this site.
To make any other request, write to Email address coming soon. Send the poll link if your request is about a poll. We answer within 30 days.
If you're in the EEA or UK, we rely on our legitimate interest in running the polls you take part in, and on your consent for personalized ads. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
whenzies is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information is in a poll, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how whenzies handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
